What the mothers in our program say about Julie’s:
"Without Julie’s Family Learning Program I would not be able to attend school or work. I would be lost without the help of the people in the program."
"Coming to Julie’s made me feel like I am capable, and I am willing to do what I need for my future as well as my children’s future."
"I came to JFLP to break the cycle of illiteracy in my family and also the cycle of poverty and drug abuse. Without JFLP… I would be back on drugs, homeless, and I would not have custody of my children."
"I would not be five years clean from drugs and alcohol without Julie’s support. I would have no life skills, no parenting skills, and no self-esteem."
Without JFLP, I would not have learned that ability to speak up for the rights of myself and my family, understand the challenges that come with raising a child to become a productive member of society, or even have the capacity to develop the social and economic skills that I have today."
"Many families would fall into the cracks of the system without this amazing program."
